Breezy Mobile text message terms

Breezy Mobile is the wireless brand of Breezy Telecom LLC. We text our customers about their own Breezy Mobile service from our toll-free number (866) 722-5551, and send sign-in codes through our verification provider.

What we send

Account and service messages only: sign-in codes, payment receipts and autopay notices, renewal reminders before your line is due, failed-payment alerts, and replies to messages you send us. We may also send occasional customer notices about your service, such as how to pay online or turn on autopay. We do not sell or advertise other companies' products by text.

How you sign up

You agree to receive these texts when you give us your mobile number while activating a Breezy Mobile line on breezytelecom.com or breezymobile.com, in person at our counter, or when you tap “Text me the code” on breezymobile.com/account.html. On the activation form you opt in by ticking a checkbox that is unticked by default and reads: “Yes, text me account and service messages from Breezy Mobile (login codes, receipts, renewal and autopay reminders) at the number I provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy.” Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your account activity — typically a few messages a month.

How to stop, or get help

Reply STOP to (866) 722-5551 at any time to stop all texts; we will send one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email sales@breezymobile.com or call (305) 216-7630.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
