Terms of service.

These terms cover purchases on breezytelecom.com, operated by Breezy Telecom LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Breezy,” “we”). Buying from the site means you accept them.

What we sell

We are an authorized independent dealer of prepaid airtime, activations, and SIM products for third-party carriers. Carrier names and marks belong to their owners and don’t imply endorsement. The carrier — not Breezy — provides the underlying network service and its own terms apply to your line.

Pricing

You pay the face value of the airtime or product plus a service fee, both shown clearly before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Delivery

Top-ups are delivered electronically to the number you enter, usually within seconds, occasionally longer when a carrier is slow. You are responsible for entering the correct phone number — airtime delivered to the number you gave us is consumed instantly by the carrier and cannot be recalled. Physical SIM kits ship or are picked up as chosen at checkout.

Refunds

If a top-up fails to deliver, you are refunded automatically — see the Refund policy for the full rules.

Liability

We are not responsible for the carrier’s network, coverage, or plan changes. For anything within our control, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
